  • Visitation Monitor

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Visitation Monitor, you will provide safe and supportive supervision for families participating in visitation services and assist children in the transition to different family structures. Document and complete visitation reports. Report any concerns regarding the well-being of visitors and/or staff to the supervisor. Initiate and participate in activities for staff, program and Center development.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of working with children and families.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Counselor - Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) program

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide evidenced-based, therapeutic services, incorporating behavioral health goals and parenting interventions. Conduct screenings, assessments, and complete of required clinical documentation. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. On call with clients on assigned case load. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and attend child welfare meetings and court hearings. Develop and maintain relationships with child-welfare system partners
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Masters Degree in behavioral health sciences, such as mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, psychology, or marriage and family therapy; a minimum of two years of experience working with adults with substance use disorders.
    Salary Rate: $26.45 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - NBRC

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Natural Bridge Residential Center(NBRC), you will actively engage with all aspects of clients day-to-day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.
    Salary Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Case Manager - Drug Court

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Demonstrate skills in assessment of mainly youth referred for services using Agency Assessment tools such as the Agency Biopsychosocial and GAIN screening tool. Complete daily documentation of contact with clients, families, and others through agency case notes. Provide and coordinate Case Management Services to youth engaged in the Drug Court and Substance Use Outpatient Programs, to include but not limited to: coordination phone calls, report development, referrals for community based services, court attendance and reporting, monitor phase progress of Drug Court clients, scheduling appointments, monitoring treatment engagement, etc. Instruct weekly groups that include but are not limited to Choices, Chemical Education, and Anger Management.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with course work in social or behavioral science field. At least one year of experience in the juvenile justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency field is preferred. Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Expected to produce a minimum of twenty-four (24) units of direct service (drug court and outpatient) per work week.
    Salary Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Therapeutic Assistant - Sisters in Sobriety

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Therapeutic Assistant at the Sisters in Sobriety (SIS) center, you will actively engage with all aspects of clients day-to-day activities. Adhering to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Providing transportation for client-related services. Monitoring and assisting with client-related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.

  • Technician - Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Utilize computer-based platforms to provide support services, reports, documents, and other correspondence as required for the specific program components. Responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, announcing and routing visitors/clients, and phone calls through the master control room at the JAC. Enter and verify the client system records (FSFN, CCIS, MIS, Medicaid, and JJIS systems). Review and obtain court case numbers (court view system). Prepare and maintain accurate log books. Assist with data entry forms as needed. Assist with same-sex client “frisk” searches when necessary. Issue and receive keys requested by agency visitors. The shift needed is overnight 11 pm -7 am Saturday-Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one-year office clerical experience preferred.Required to work Saturday-Wednesday overnight shift.
    Salary Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Care Coordination Case Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Individual will work directly with clients to ensure that they are engaged with the appropriate treatment services to support their recovery efforts. Conducting assessments, scheduling appointments, making referrals and monitoring treatment. Must have professional skills in both verbal and written communication as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Must have a bachelors degree in a behavioral health field and one year of experience in the area of mental health, chemical dependency or criminal justice. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Ability to maintain confidential information.A valid Florida drivers license and proof of insurance is required.
    Salary Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Lead Screener - Juvenile Assessment Center

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Screen and evaluate youths after an arrest. Complete detention screening and intake process. Complete case documentation clearly and concisely. Prepare court documentation in the required time frames. Provide crisis intervention services to clients/families. Participate and coordinate with community partners in case staffing and referrals. The JAC Lead Screener will work full shifts regularly and may be expected to work evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably completed in Criminology, Social Science, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a Chemical Dependency field.
    Salary Rate: $18.50 per hour
  • Case Manager - Civil Citation

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Assess and manage all assigned cases and complete daily documentation of contact with clients, families, and others through agency case notes. Conduct case management services for clients and families in Civil Citation, which include but are not limited to, making referrals, scheduling appointments, and monitoring treatment/service recommendations. Demonstrate skills in assessment of clients referred for diversion services using Agency Screening and Assessment tools such as the Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN) tool.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with course work in social or behavioral science field. At least one year of experience in the juvenile justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency field is preferred. Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience.

  • Screener - Juvenile Assessement Center

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Demonstrate skills in assessment and evaluation of individuals referred for services, to determine the most appropriate treatment modality. Serve as a liaison for clients and their families, along with referral sources, until the referral/admission process is complete. Demonstrate exceptional skills in the detention screening/intake process for clients referred to the facility including but not limited to the JJIS system, CCC reporting, and the various forms used for this process. Conducts interviews and follows detention screening criteria, for all youth taken into custody. Demonstrate the ability to write clear, concise, and thorough case notes, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with referral sources and treatment staff.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work preferably completed in Criminology, Social Science, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a Chemical Dependency field. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Demonstrate proficiency for all physical intervention techniques and mechanical restraints following Department Juvenile of Justice (DJJ)-approved crisis intervention curriculum and CPR/First Aid training and able to apply same to the work setting.

  • Therapeutic Assistant - Transitional Housing Program

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Actively engage clients to participate in daily scheduled activities. Adheres to guidelines in the Residential Services Manual as well as program policies. Provides transportation for client-related services as needed. Monitors and assists with client-related functions such as medication distribution, drug screens, visitation, meals, hygiene, and head counts. Completes client documentation and program logs.

    High school diploma or equivalent Experience in working with clients in a substance abuse, mental health, or other residential setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field can substitute for the preferred experience.   • Staff Accountant

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Processes biweekly payroll for the agency. Reviews and maintains employee information, validates work hours, and maintains accurate payroll records. Receives, reviews, and pays all employee travel reimbursements. Receives and dates all invoices that are payable by the agency, reviewing invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with their respective purchase orders or other supporting documentation, and then entering the invoices into the agencys accounting system. Issues and mail checks for payment of all approved agency payables.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of bookkeeping or accounting related experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and concepts as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word programs. Strong time management and organizational skills.
    Salary Rate: $18.00 -$21.50 per hour
