Outpatient Program Manager - Franklin
Responsibilties
As a Program Supervisor, you will supervise clinical and administrative staff working directly with clients in need of services to diagnose and treat substance use and mental health disorders. As the supervisor of the office, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and operations of the location while also providing clinical services to clients if needed. This position requires a high level of communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds.
Requirements
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social and/or Behavioral Science field with a preference to a State Issued License in Mental Health or Social Work (LMHC/LCSW). Experience in juvenile justice, mental health, and/or chemical dependency counseling preferred. Master’s level counselors with a degree in an unrelated field need at least four (4) years of professional experience in chemical dependency counseling preferred. A bachelor’s degree and Certification as a Certified Addictions P rofessional (CAP) may substitute for master’s degree requirement. A valid State of Florida Driver’s License is also required.
Salary Rate
$60,000 annually
